Gerda's Almond Bars

Dough:
2/3 c. Sugar
1 c. Heavy whipping cream
3 Eggs
1 ½ - 2 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder

Glaze:
1 stick Butter melted
2/3 c. Sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 tsp milk
1 ½ c. sliced almonds

Dough: mix together all ingredients. Pour into greased baking sheet (approx 9 x 14 inches). Bake at 375 degrees for 20 Minutes.

Glaze: Stir all ingredients together and spread on top of the baked dough. Bake 5 - 10 minutes more. Cool and slice.
