Fondants au Chocolat - (molten chocolate cake) – Tahiti Trip 2009

For 8 people

250 g. chocolat patissier (70% cacao) – w/sugar ?

175 g. beurre

125 g. sugar

75 g. flour

5 eggs

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius  (392 degrees F)

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler

Beat flour, sugar eggs w/ mixer.

Add chocolate and butter

Put in buttered ramekins.

Cook 7 minutes until exterior is hard and inside is melting.
