1 26-ounce box Morton’s Salt 1
ounce Garlic Powder
1 ½ ounce Ground Black Pepper 1 ounce Chili Powder
1 2-ounce bottle Red Pepper 1
ounce MSG
Mix all together in a large
bowl -- preferably shake together in a covered Tupperware container -- until
ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Apportion into shaker bottles for kitchen and table use. Shaker bottles full make for good Christmas
gifts for non-Cajuns - "Seasoned Greetings!"
