Mix sour cream, cheeses, garlic to make a white sauce.
Mix meat and other spices into red sauce.
Start with red sauce in bottom of rectangular pan. (You may have enough for 1, 1/2 or 2 pans.)
Layer noodles, white sauce, noodles, red sauce, etc. Try to end with red sauce on top.
Bake at 350 degrees 30 - 45 minutes until bubbling. (If you want to make this ahead of time and refrigerate, it may need baking 60 minutes or more.)
