stir fry pan or cast iron skillet
1/3 c. butter OR 1/4. c. butter
4 eggs 3 eggs
1 t. sugar 1 t. sugar
1 c. milk 3/4 c. milk
1 c. flour 3/4 c. flour

Vanilla & lemon peel optional
Place butter in pan and set in 425o F oven. Place remaining ingredients
in blender or food processor. Blend for 30 seconds. Bake 20-25 minutes
until pancake fluffs up.
Serve with fruit and/or powdered sugar. Warm peaches are yummy!
