Tiramisu dÕIsabelle

500 g Mascarpone

5 eggs

5 T sugar

3 T expresso

Amaretto cookies

Separate the eggs

Mix yolks with mascarpone and sugar

Beat the egg whites stiff.

Mix egg white and mascarpone slowly.

Dip cookies (one side) in coffee,  and make layer in pan.

Cover with 1/3 mascarpone mixture.  Repeat cookies, mascarpone 2 times.

Put in fridge.

Just before serving cover with powdered cacao (without sugar).
